ALLISON An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence, and made and fl led its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Uklah, havlng duly held a public hearing, considered the recommendations of the Planning Commlsslon, and taken and cons i de red evi dence; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby RESOLVE= The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance Is in harmony wi th the general purpose of Ordinance No. 429 of the Clty of Uklah and meets the condltions of Sec. 4.41 (a) thereof; and The City Council of the CAi of Ukiah does hereby grant Variance No. 63-13 to Will lam M. l~Yison to permit ......... construction of a dental building and to conduct the profession of dentistry at 1096 South Dora St. on said premises, all subject to the followlng conditions: 1. Off-street parking for a minimum of five (5) cars be provided with parking and driveway area to be surfaced with minimum3-1ayer bituminous treatment. 2. That location and construction of such building andparking area be in conformance with the application and plot plan submitted by applicant. 3. Curb, and gutter with necessary depressed driveway entrance, and sidewalk to be constructed by applicant in conformance with standard City specifications. (Dora & Observatory) 4. That the only sign permitted on such property shall be one (1) sign of the type and character normally used to designate a profession- al medical or dental office, and shall not exceed ten (10) square feet in size. Both sides of such a sign may be used. 5. That the use permitted shall be put into effect within one (1) year from the date of granting this variance. If the use permitted herein shall cease for any period of six (6) consecutive months then this variance shall automatically terminate. If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full force and effect indefinitely and to run with the land. This variance is granted only for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.
