RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GIBSON
CREEK COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
WITH STATE; REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 63-33.

RESOLVE:
The City Council
approve and authorize
Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby

participation by the City of Ukiah
in the proposed relocation and drainage improvement of
Gibson Creek as set forth in that certain document
entitled "Gibson Creek Cooperative Agreement - Cooperative
Agreement No. 5" as revised, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Ukiah. Resolution No. 63-33 is hereby repealed.
Passed and adopted this,?-i'~ay of April, 1963.
