RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
JOHN E. & MARGARET E. NELSON
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed,
the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public
hearing, taken evidence, and made and filed its recommendations, and
the City Council of the Ci.ty of Ukiah, having duly held a public hearing,
considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission, and taken
and cons i de red evi dence;
NOId, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Clty of Uklah does hereby
RESOLVE:
The City Councl 1 hereby finds that the ~roposed variance Is in ~rmony
with the general purpose of Ordinance No. 4 9 of the Clty of Uklah and
meets the condltlons of Sec. 1,.1,1 (a) thereof; and
The City Council of the Citya of Uk. iah does ~e~y. ~mra~ ~.rlance
No._63..713 to John E. & Mar ret E Nelson,
to permit .... construction of 7 foot fence and service buildin9
on said premises, all subject to the following conditions:
1. Construction, location and design shall comply with application and
plot plans submitted by applicants
2. Construction shall be completed within one year from the date of
granting this variance. If any use permitted hereunder shall cease
for six (6) consecutive months this variance shall automatically
termi hate.
If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required
approval is not obtained, then this variance shall be null and void,
otherwise to continue in full force and effect indefinitely and to run
with the land. This variance is granted only for the specific .purposes
set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating or modifying
any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific
purposes.
