Regular Meeting of July 16, 2003 1 RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. Sm CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Approval of Disbursements for Month of August 2003 b. Approval Of Budget Amendment In The Amount Of $4,275 To Water System Improvement Project, Account 820.3908.250.000, For Additional Costs To The Federal Emergency Management Agency Floodway Study c. Approval of Notice of Completion for 2002 STIP Construction of Sidewalk Along North State Street, Specification No. 02-22 d. Rejection of Claim for Damages Received from Lennie Richards and Referral to Joint Powers Authority, Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund e. Approval of Phase II Fence Improvements For the Ukiah Municipal Golf Course in the amount of $8,500 f. Waive the Bid Proposal Irregularity and Award Contract To Central Striping Service, Inc. For Street Striping 2003, Specification Number 03-12 In The Amount Of $25,746.16 ., AUDIENCE COMMENTS NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. If you wish to speak on a matter that is not on this agenda, you may do so at this time. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject.
