RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION
Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that
decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which
generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decisions of the City Boards and Agencies may
be judicially challenged.
6. CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by
the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a
citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The
motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with
Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations.
a. Award of Bid for High Voltage Line Clearing and Tree Trimming at Various
Locations Within the City of Ukiah to Davey Tree Surgery Company in an
Amount Not to Exceed $40,000
b. Adoption of Ordinance Amending In Its Entirety Chapter 11, Article 2 Of The
City of Ukiah Municipal Code, Regulating Cable, Video, and
Telecommunications Services
c. Adoption of Ordinance Amending UCC Section 1203
d. Notification of Purchase From Rainbow Agricultural Services For One Utility
Vehicle (Kawasaki Mule) in the Amount of $9,947.44
e. Award of Bid for Purchase of Public Safety Mechanic Vehicle in the Amount of
$14,651.42 to Northlake Ford Mercury
