RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
UKIAH TO PROVIDE FOR MANPOWER TRAINING
SERVICES UNDER THE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT
TRAINING ACT OF 1973
WHEREAS, the County of Mendocino Manpower Department as Program
Agent intends to enter into contracts to provide Manpower Training
Services under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah desires to provide such services as a
Subcontractor to the Program A._,.gent,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Ukiah to approve the Subcontract and authroize and direct the Mayor
or the City Manager to execute such contracts with the Program Agent
for the Subcontractor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of Apr11 , 1980,

It is expressly understood by the Program Agent and the Subgrantee that the Program Agent
has made application to the CETA,Balance of State (CBOS) for a grant of funds under the
Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) of 1973 for the purpose of funding ser-
vice6 under this Subgrant and that Program Agent is not obllgated~ to provide funds to Sub-
grantee and Subgrantee is no.t obligated to provide services under, the Agreement un~tl such
funds are made available to Program. Agent by the CBOS..
