AGREEP~NT T0 CONVEY REAL PROPERTY
FOR LOW GAP RO~ WIDENING - BERTORELLI:
On a motion by Councilman Wagner, seconded by Councilman Buxton, it
was unanimously carried the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
an agreement to convey real property for street widening purposes on
Low Gap doad - Louie J. B. ertorelli and Virginia A. Bertorelli.

The City Attorney reported receiving a letter from Senator Slattery
acknowledging the City's request that he support S. B. 1522 pertain-
ing to permitting the withdrawal of territory from a recreation and
park district.. According to Senator Slattery, {he bill wes amended
on the floor and rereferred to ~he Comm:ittee on Natural Resources.
Tlhe Council was further advised of receipt of a letter from the City
of~ Creek expressing appreciation to the Council for its support
