THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH The City Council convened in regular session in the Council Chambers at 8:00 P.M. with Mayor Smalley, Councilmen Runkel, Banker and Wagner present. Councilman Buxton was absent. APPROVAL OF WARRANTS: On a motion by Councilman Banker, seconded by Councilman Wagner, it was unanimously carried Payroll Warrants for the period of November I st to 15th be approved in the amount of $28,206.66. USE OF LIBRARY PROPERTY FOR PARKING MENO. COUNTY BOOKMOBILE: Considerable time was devoted to a discussion regarding use of a portion of the Library prol~rty for parking the Mendocino County Bookmobile. It was concluded that all pertinent information was not available at this time and the City Manager was directed to investigate the matter for report at a later da te.
