The Council was a(tv?sad of receipt of a petition containing tke
s~gnatures of seven property owners requesting the. dirt area
where the old recreation storage shed was located at the corner
of Liv,c Oak and Cypress Avenue be pave,:l to eliminate a dust
prob! em.
The City Manager was instructed to notify petitioners that this

matter will be considered with the adoption of the 1~63-~ .

TERRACE SUBDIVISION:
The CoLInCi] revi..;w,.:.d the tentative map, the Planning Commission
recommendations, recommendations of the. City Manager and City
Engineer, in addition to hearing from th,e subdivider of Oak. Knoll
Terrace Subdivision.
On a motion by Councilman Banker, seconded by Councilrnan Suxton,
it was unanirnous!y carried tentative map of Oak Knoll Terrace
Subdivision be approved subject to the following changes:
!. The cul-de-sac street in tlne middle of the subdi vi s; on be
shifted to match the alignment of Yol<ay,o Drive, This is required
under Secti on .-~.' 18, of Ordinance #533. The remaining, portion of
Lot 1 1 shalt not be consi dered as a bui ! dj ng si re.
2. That the name of this street be changed to conform wittn the
existing name, that o'F Yokayo Drive.

MAYOR RUNK£L:
Hr. Runkel reported a complaint regarding the noise creat:~d by
motor scooters. The City has no ordinance covering this
problem and the Clt'/ Attorney expressed the opinion that any
such ordinance wou!d be in conflict with .State Law.
,ADJOURNMENT:
As there was no further regu!ar business, Hayor Runkel declared
