Carried unanimously by roll call vote. APPROVAL OF GENERAL WARRANTS M/S: Hickey/Snyder #9083 to #9176 inclusive $356, 364 . 26 . Carried unanimously by roll call vote. Mayor Brannon stated his objection to subject ordinance is because it fails to cover what Council wanted to cover and it takes away the per- sonal rights of the individual. Carried by injority vote. M/S: Snyder/Simpson to amend motion to state lease shall become void upon final judgment of any legal action against Lessor claiming relief due to noise created by the operation of Lessee. Amended motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. Motion to adopt Resolution No. 79-21 carried unanimously by roll call vote 9. County will do it. CETA employees have done good work in clearing the main streams. Councilman Hickey Wasn' t the Police Department to take action against the violators of the leash law? Need to get together with the County again. Mayor Brannon Dedication of Carpenter Park was spectacular. Appropriate communi- cation to Rotary and other key participants should be sent on behalf of Council. ADJOURNMENT ADJOURNMENT Mayor Brannon adjourned the meeting at 8 : 20 p.m. to Executive Session.
