presented graphic with six units illustrating -m ount. of vacant land not developed to
full potential. Council discussed density inconsistency and possibility of a density
bonus for trying to meet goals, policies and objectives of General Plan regarding higher
density in downtown central. core and possible postponerrl'unt until General Plan Alllendiiicnt
Steering Committee has completed proposed revisions to the General. Plan.
