The City Council convened in a regular adjourned meeting at
7:08 a.m. Roll was taken and the following Councilmembers
were present: Councilmember McMichael, Shoemaker and Mayor
Henderson. Absent: Councilmembers Wattenburger and
Schneiter. Staff present: City Clerk McKay, City Manager
Rough, Assistant City Manager Horsley, Executive Assistant
Stamelos, Community Development Director Harris and Finance

Council proceeded to review each proposed Resolution. It was
the general consensus of Council to vote as indicated on the
following proposed Resolutions:
