RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
UKIAHADOPTING PORTION OF GENERAL PLAN A~IEND~
1983:-A - BUSH & LOW GAP, N.E.
WHERF&S, the Planning Commission conducted public hearings on March 9,
and b~rch 23, 1983 at which time the Land Use issues, comprising General Plan
Amendment 1983-A were considered and recommended for action to the City
Council, and
IFr[EREAS, the City Council has held public hearings on April 30 and May 4,
1983 and found the Proposed Land Use Change not to be consistent with the
goals, policies mhd objectives of the General Plan.
NOW ~{EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Ukiah
adopts General Plan Amendment 1983-A making no change to the General Plan Land
Use Map for the Bush and Low Gap Northeast area, retaining it as MediumHigh
Density Residential.
PASSED ANDADOPTED this 18th day of ~,~y,.1983 by the following roll call
vote:
