RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH AMENDING CHAPTER 5, SECTION 1 OF
THE CITY OF UKIAH PERSONNEL RULES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ukiah as follows-
That inasmuch as the Secretary to the'City Manager is considered a
'management employee, this position should be added to the employees listed

in Resolution No. 73-54 as employees not eligible for overtime compensation
but shall be credited with five (5) work days annual leave, and
BE IT RESOLVED that the titles of the existing list of employees set
forth in Resolution No. 73-54 are amended to read as follows-

Secretary to City Manager

Police Chief
Director of Finance
Electric Distribution Engineer
Director of Recreation & Parks
Asst. Director of Public Works

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said changes shall amend Chapter 5,

Section 1 of the City of Ukiah Personnel Rules.
