RESOLUTION NO. 83-20
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH LIFTING LIENS FOR UNPAID
WEED ABATEMENT COSTS PLACED ON TAX ROLL
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 82-8 of the City Council of
the City of Ukiah, dated August 19, 1981, a lien was placed
against the property of 13 property owners of the City of Ukiah
for failure to pay charges arising from the abatement of weeds,
rubbish, dirt and refuse on their respective properties pursuant
to the authority of Article 2, Chapter 13, Part 2, Division 3,
Title 4 of the Government Code of California, and,
WHEREAS, included among the properties upon which a
lien was placed were the following, to wit:

WHEREAS, each of said properties were transferred to the
new owners prior to the placement of the liens and therefore said
new owners took their respective properties free of said liens,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the liens heretofor,

placed against the properties as above set forth are hereby lifted
and the properties released from said liens.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September , 1982,
by the following roll call vote:
