RESOLUTION NO. 83-22
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF UKIAH AUTHORIZING
IMPLEMENTATION OF DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, Management has investigated the merits of establishing a
Deferred Compensation Plan for the employees of the Citv of Ukiah, and
WHEREAS, there is no cost to the City of Ukiah but is only an
investment vehicle for the employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Ukiah authorizes the City Manager to enter into a Deferred Compensation
Plan or Plans for the benefit of the employees of the Citv.
