RESOLUTION NO. 83-48
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKI^H AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT
OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ukiah, State of
California, that said Council does hereby authorize the Office of Pro-
curement, Department of General Services of the State of California to
purchase various items for and on behalf of the City of Ukiah, a
municipal corporation, pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that G. R. Brosig,
Director of Finance of the City of Ukiah be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
Ukiah.

by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Kelley, Dickens, Myers, Feibusch
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Hickey
