BIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION
Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the dght to a review of
that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil
Procedure which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City
Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged.
CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call
vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a
Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other
items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and
make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission
recommendations.
a. Approval of Disbursements for the Month of May 1998
b. Adoption of Ordinance Amending Division 9, Chapter 2, Article 14 (Planned
Development Combining Zone/District) of the Ukiah City Code
c. Authorize Expenditure to Dispose of Biosolids at the Redwood Landfill for the
Sum Not to Exceed $21,000
d. Notification to Council Regarding the Award of Bid to Hart for the
Maintenance and Testing of the Main Substation Switchgear in the Amount
of $5,900.00
e. Notification to Council Regarding the Award of Bid to VVipf Construction for
the Installation of Two Pull Boxes Behind Albertsons and Locating and
Stubbing Up Conduit at State and Henry Streets in the Amount of $6,980.00
f. Notification to Council Regarding the Award of Bid to Wipf Construction for
the Installation of a Six-Inch Conduit at Empire Ddve and State Street in the
Amount of $9,160.00
g. Set Dates and Times for Fiscal Year 1998-99 Budget Hearing
h. council Authorize Mayor to Execute Letter to State Legislature in Support of
