HomeMy WebLinkAbout95210 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2O 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 ORDINANCE NO. 952 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH APPROVING THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AT 950 MARLENE STREET The City Council of the City of Ukiah hereby ordains as follows: Section One Pursuant to City of Ukiah code sections 9165-9167 the Planned Development at 950 Marlene Street is hereby established. The Planned Development encompasses approximately 0.57 acre on the west side of Marlene Street, 300 feet south of its intersection with Orchard Avenue, more particularly defined as Assessor Parcel Number 003-100-019. The General Plan land use designation for this property is Medium High Density Residential. The allowed use within this Planned Development, which is consistent with the General Plan, is Multiple Family Residential, one unit per 3000 square feet of gross acreage and a maximum of eight dwelling units. Section Two The Negative Declaration for this Planned Development was approved by City Council action on July 6, 1994. Section Three The Development Map for this Planned Development, as prescribed in Ukiah City Code Section 9167(b), and attached as Exhibit A, is approved. Section Four The Development standards not addressed in the Planned Development regulations delineated in Section Five shall be those specified in the City of Ukiah Zoning Code. Section Five The regulations for this Planned Development, as prescribed in 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Ukiah City Code Sections 9166 and 9167(b), are as follows: A. USES 1. Multiple family residential. One dwelling unit per 3000 square feet of gross acreage. B. DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS 1. Building Heights: Dwellings, maximum height of 25 feet; Accessory buildings, maximum height of 20 feet. 2. Building Site Area: Parcel size and configurations 3. Building Setbacks-. 4. On-site Parking: shall be as shown on the Development Map. Front, 20 feet; Side, ten feet; Rear, 20 feet; Inner courts, 52 feet; Distance between buildings on the site, 52 feet. Two spaces (9'x20') per dwelling unit. Section Six This ordinance shall be published as required by law in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Ukiah.
