HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-21 1 2 3 4 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLLrFION NO. 8 0- 21 RESOL[fFION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH APPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP NO. 80-29 FOR ORCHARD VILLAGE WHERFAS, the Plamdng Commission has considered and recommended approval of the Tentative map for Orchard Village, and WttEREAS, the Planning Commission approved Use Permit No. 79-107 for the Orchard Village project subject to conditions, and ~'HERFAS, the Director of Public Works reports that the City of Ukiah has sufficient wastewater capacity to handle waste waters for this project without violation of Water Quality Control Board Standards, and WttEt~_AS, the City Council has reviewed the Negative Declaration for said project and found it to be adequate and complete meeting the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act, NOW Tt~EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Tentative b~,lap (attached Exhibit A) for the aforesaid project is approved conditioned upon compliance with all applicable state statutes, local ordinance, conditions of approval of Use Permit No. 79-107 and ttie following conditions: 1. City sewer and water be prowided to the subdivision. 2. Easement for storm drain be indicated on the map. 3. All applicable conditions made part of Use Permit No. 79-107 be applied. 4. Parks and recreation dedication requirements are met in the following manner: .81 acres of private park area open to public credited as 48% of requirement and .88 acres accepted for dedication of Orr Creek trail. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October , 1979, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmembers Hickey, Myers, Simpson, Brannon, Mayor Snyder NOES: None ABSENT: None ATTEST: 'Clerk
