Is it fully designed, does it depelld on other actions, etc. prOject to be designed in Spring 1980 and built in Summer or Fall 1980. 5. Would the facility connec{ ~,~ith other facilities (schools, sl~ol, ping areas, o~her "trails", etc.) that !]en(?rate a' significant amount df pedestrian/ bicycle traffic? If so, please list. Bikeway would connect'.to proposed bikeway on Low Gap. 6. Is the proposed project consistent with existing plalls, for the area? (Bikeway Plan, City/County General Plans, Coastal Commission, Regional Transportation Plan, and othe~rs). The project is consistent with the General Bikeway Plan which has been approved by MCOG. 7. Wl~at alternate sources of fundin.q have been sougl~t for this.'t)roje.ct2 State funds are being applied for,in the maximum amount of 90% of total costs. The priority rating of this project creates some doubts as to possible State funds. 8.~ Other comments' Because of the possibility of not being funded by the State, the funds requested of MCOG represent 100% of the total project cost.
