RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
APPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP NO. 79-113 FOR

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has con~ -red and recommended approval
of the Tentative Map for Park West Condominiums, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved Use Permit 79-114 for the
Park West Condominium project subject to 30 conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works reports that the City of Ukiah
has sufficient wastewater capacity to handle waste waters for this project
without violation of Water Quality Contorl Board Standards, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Negative Declaration for
said project and fcund it to be adequate and complete meeting the require-

ments of the California Environmental Quality Act,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map (Attached Exhibit A)

for the aforesaid project is approved conditioned upon compliance with all
applicable state statutes, local ordinances, conditions of approval of Use
Permit No. 79-114 and the fcllowing conditions:
17 1. In-lieu park fees shall be paid as required by City Code (Article 21,
18 il Section 8400-841C) with the provision that credit of 50% of the requirement is
19 given for the private open space provided.
20 ~ 2. Developer shall pay to City the sum of $25,000 to be applied toward the

21 purchase of a tactical fire pumper to the approval of the City Council.
