Recommended Action: Receive, consider, and discuss department-specific budget reports and progress updates on stated objectives for the 2018-19 fiscal year. In addition, the Council will review draft Objectives for the Fiscal Year 19-20. Departments presenting at this meeting are Human Resources(Risk Management and Police.
