CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the City of Ukiah Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Whetzel at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ukiah Civic Center, 300 Seminary Avenue, Ukiah, California. CHAIR WHETZEL PRESIDING. 2. ROLL CALL Roll call was taken with attendance as listed above. 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Everyone recited. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. The Minutes of November 14, 2018 Motion/Second Watt/Hilliker to approve the Minutes of November 14, 2018, as submitted. Motion carried by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Sanders, Watt, Christensen, Hilliker, and Chair Whetzel. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. ABSTAIN: None. 5. APPEAL PROCESS Note: For matters heard at this meeting the final date to appeal is December 10, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. 6. COMMENTS FROM AUDIENCE ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS 7. SITE VISIT VERIFICATION 8. Motion/Second Watt/Sanders to cancel the regular December 12, 2018 and December 26, 2018 Planning Commission meetings. Motion carried an all AYE voice vote of the Commissioners present. 11. Request for review and recommendation for a Major Use Permit/Site Development to allow renovation of an existing 15,800 sf total (±14,000 sf ground footprint) structure, as well as J ImC�QJ dP Sl9Nl-P HC�A/�d�CWM-I�-Im L1� �F1�01��1�HSDl1N9'I�G administrative, operations, administration, construction, and technical services at 1350 Hastings Road; APN 180-070-19.
