RESOLUTION NO. 81-81
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
UKIAH APPROVING FEES BASED ON COST OF PROVIDING
SPECIFIC COUNTY HEALTH SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Ukiah City Council may by authority granted in the
California Health and Safety Code contract for County Health inspection
services; and
WHEREAS, the Mendocino County Department of Public Health has been
authorized to perform inspections on behalf of the City; and
WHEREAS the Mendocino County Department of PUblic Health is en-
titled to compensation in an amount sufficient to repay the County for
the cost to it of the inspections performed for the City; and
WHEREAS, the Ukiah City Council by authority granted in the Cali-
fornia Health and Safety Code may establish fees for such services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following service fees are
hereby adopted.for payment to Mendocino County for inspections
performed by the Mendocino County Department of Public Health:
Environmental Health Division
Inspection Fees - Fees to be collected by the County of Mendocino
Restaurants, per year $25.00
Food Stores, per year $10.00
Food Vending Machines, per year
1-5 machines
6-10 machines
11-50 machines
51 or more machines
Vending machines, each required reinspection
Swimming Pools (Public-Semi Public) annual inspection
fee
Swimming Pool Plan Check, each
Septic Tank Permits, individual
