RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH ESTABLISHING UPDATED
FEES FOR PLANNING AND BUILDING PERMITS AND SERVICES PURSUANT TO CITY
ADOPTED ORDINANCE 880
WHEREAS,
1. Planning and Building Permit and service fees in the City of Ukiah have not been updated
since 2017; and
2. Based on the amount of time it typically takes for staff to process certain building permits
and services it is reasonable and appropriate to establish new fees for these permits.
These fees include a new temporary structure minimum building permit fee of $224.00
and a minimum building permit fee of$65.00; and
3. The City Council conducted a duly noticed public hearings on December 19, 2018, to
discuss and received public comments on the proposed fees; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby adopts the updated fee
schedule for planning and building permits and services as listed on the attached Exhibit A.
