Approval of the September 19, 2013, Regular Meeting Minutes Recommended Action: Approve the Minutes of September 19, 2018, a Regular Meeting, as submitted. Adopt a Resolution Approving the Delegation of Claims Administration and Authorize Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund ( IF) and the Third Party Administrator to Accept or Reject Claims Filed Against the City of Ukiah. Recommended Action: Adopt resolution approving the delegation of claims administration and authorize Redwood Municipal Insurance Fund ( IF)and the third party administrator on behalf of REMIF to accept or reject claims filed against the City of Ukiah. Report of Purchase and Consideration and Possible Approval of Budget Amendment for Purchase and Installation of New Lighting at the Aquatics Facility in the Amount of$9,316. Recommended Action: Approve Budget Amendment in the amount of$9,318 for the purchase and installation of new LED lighting at the City of Ukiah Aquatics Facility. Recommended Action: Adopt resolution to extend the local preference purchasing policy. Recommended Action: 1)Approve the cancellation of the November 21, 2018, and January 2, 2019, Regular City Council meeting(s), with the option for the Mayor and/or City Manager to call for a special meeting on an alternate date if time sensitive business arises, and direct the City Clerk to post the Notice of Cancellation(s)accordingly.
