Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the rightto a review of that decision bya court.
The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure,which generally limits to ninetyclays (90)
the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged.
7 CONSENTCALENDAR
The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted bya single motion and roll call vote bythe City
Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event
the item will be considered atthe completion of all other items on the agenda.The motion bythe City Council on the
Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission
recommendations.
7.a. Authorization for City Manager to Negotiate and Execute Three-Party Agreement with
Special Ice for 2018-2019 Seasonal Ice Rink; Authorize Greater Ukiah Chamber of Commerce
to Serve as Fiscal Agent for Rink, and Authorization to Transfer Corresponding Funds to the
Chamber.
Recommended Action: Authorize City Manager to negotiate and execute three-party
agreement with Special Ice for 2018-2019 Seasonal Ice Rink; Authorize Greater Ukiah
Chamber of Commerce to serve as fiscal agent for rink and authorize the corresponding
transfer of funds to the Chamber.

7.10. Report of Acquisition of Professional Services from Alpha Analytical Laboratories, Inc. in the
Amount of$14,016.85 for Quarterly Water Sampling and Completion of Chemical
Examination Reports for the Ukiah Landfill.
Recommended Action: Receive and file report of acquisition of professional services from
Alpha Analytical Laboratories, Inc. in the amount of$14,016.85 for quarterly water sampling
and completion of chemical examination reports for the Ukiah Landfill. Report is submitted
pursuant to City Code.

Northern California Power Agency Solar Project 1, and Approve Corresponding Budget

Recommended Action: Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Second
Phase Agreement for Northern California Power Agency( CP )Solar Project 1 to consider
possible solar project development, and approve corresponding budget amendment.
