This letter is to inform Pacific Recycling Solutions, Inc. ("PRS") that Cold Creek Compost ("Cold
Creek") requires an adjustment to the current tip fee.
The rate increase is necessitated to support ongoing operations including: the purchase of new
equipment in compliance with mandated air quality regulations, increases in fuel costs, sort
increased contamination, as well as the planning and development of a new state of the art
composting facility. The new facility will provide increased capacity to ensure future volume for
organic materials and compliance with new state diversion requirements.
While the global recycling market continues to experience hardships, Cold Creek offers a local,
sustainable recycling option free from the vagaries of the global market. Cold Creek's products
are produced locally and used locally. On top of this, Cold Creek achieves a remarkable recovery
rate of 99.5%.
Effective August 1, 2018, Cold Creek's adjusted tip,fee will be $36.00 per ton. As there is no
mechanism in the current Agreement for rate increases, per the Agreement, please confirm receipt
of this modification by signing and returning the acknowledgment page below. A return envelope
has been provided for your convenience. All other contractual obligations will continue to remain
in effect.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MODIFICATION TO
AGREEMENT FOR MIXED ORGANIC WASTE SERVICES
Pursuant to Section 17. General Provisions of the AGREEMENT FOR MIXED ORGANIC
WASTE SERVICES between Pacific Recycling Solutions, Inc. and Cold Creek Compost,
Inc. executed on September 15, 2415, the undersigned agree to a modification of Section 6.
Fees of the Agreement from the current per ton fee to a new per ton fee of $36.00 for all
tonnage delivered to Cold Creek by PRS effective August 1, 2018. All other contractual
obligations will continue to remain in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, by their duly authorized representatives, have
