Recommended Action: Council will receive presentation from North Coast Opportunities(NCO) regarding Traffic Calming Demonstration Projects, and authorize Staff to Coordinate with NCO for an Initial Implementation Project. None 3.b. Status Report, Discussion and Possible Action Regarding the Ukiah Valley Sanitation District's Litigation Against the City of Ukiah Related to the Operation of the Sanitary Sewer System. Recommended Action: Receive status report. If desired, discuss and provide direction to Staff and/or consider any action(s) related to the matter. Approval of the August 1, 2015, Regular Meeting Minutes Recommended Action: Approve the Minutes of August 1, 2018, a Regular Meeting, as submitted. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure,which generaIlyIimits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. Adopt a Resolution Amending the Paid Leave Policy for Part-Time Employees. Recommended Action: Adopt a resolution to amend the the City's paid leave policy for part-time, year-round employees to allow for a tiered vacation accrual benefit, as approved in the 2018/2019 fiscal year budget and approve an implementation that includes providing current employees with a starting balance at 25%of the maximum accrual for the first tier(0-3 years ofservice)and 50%for the second and third tiers(4-8 and 9+). Approval of Notice of Completion for Slurry Seal of Local Streets and Airport Service Roads, Specification No. 17-10. Recommended Action: 1. Accept the work as complete. 2. Approve the Letter of Commitment for theMulti-Jurisdictional Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Update for Mendocino County and Authorize the City Manager to Execute. Recommended Action: Approve the letter of commitment for the the Multi-Juri ictionaI Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Update for Mendocino County and authorize the City Manager to execute this document and other corresponding documents as necessary. Recommended Action: Provide direction to the City's Voting Delegate on the City's position on the 2018 Resolutions being considered by the League of California Cites at the 2018 Annual Conference. Discussion and Possible Action Including Direction to the City's Commissioner for the Mendocino County Inland Water and Power Commission ("I PC") Pertaining to the Sale of the Potter Valley Project ("Project") by Pacific Gas and Electric ("PG&E"). Recommended Action: 1. Receive report and consider possible action including direction to the City's Commissioner for the Mendocino County Inland Water and Power Commission pertaining to the sale of the Potter Valley Project by Pacific Gas and Electric. 2. Approve IWPC's investigation for the possible acquisition of the Project including the necessary discovery and analysis needed for member agencies to evaluate the feasibility of participating in a potential acquisition.
