RESOLUTION NO. o°1-39 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH ADOPTING ELECTRIC .RATE SCHEDULE WHEREAS, the City Manager has made a report relative to the electric rate schedule within the City of Ukiah, and WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing regarding the proposed rate shcedule, and WHEREAS, revised rate schedules have been proposed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached electric rate schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby adopted to be effective January 1, 1981.
