6 RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION
Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by court.
The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which genera IlyIimits to ninety days (90)
the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies maybe judicially challenged.
7 CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted bya single motion and roll call vote bythe City
Council. Items maybe removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event
the item will be considered atthe completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion bythe City Council on the
Consent Calendarwill approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission
recommendations.

Recommended Action: Receive a report of pending contract entered into with Regional
Government Services (RGS) on a time and expense basis due to payroll staffing needs;
approve the reduction of an unfilled, half-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) position
and the addition a full-time Financial Services Specialist (FSS) position; and approve the
corresponding budget amendment.
