HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-26 1 2 C 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 RESOLUTION NO. 81-26 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH AUTHORIZING DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS (TIRES) The City Council of the City of Ukiah hereby resolves: That the City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the State of California to purchase new tires, tubes and recaps for and on behalf of the City of Ukiah pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and that G. Roy Brosig, Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Ukiah. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October , 1980, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmembers Riley, Feibusch, Snyder, Vice-Mayor Myers NOES: None ABSENT: Mayor Hickey ATTEST: 23 City Clerk 24 25 26 27 28 Mayor
