7. b. Award Purchase of a New 2018 Terex Commander, Model 505 Digger Derrick Line Truck to
Terex Utilities, Inc. in Watertown, South Dakota in the Amount of $325,967 (EUD)
Recommended Action: Award purchase of a new 2018 Terex Commander 5050 Model
hydraulic rotating Digger Derrick with a turntable winch in the amount of $325,967.

$180,000 for capital improvement project design and engineering services.
