RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH APPOINTING MEMBER TO AIRPORT
COMMISSION (DOUGLAS D. BAKER)
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby RESOLVE:
That Douglas D. Baker is hereby appointed as a member to the
Airport Commission of the City of Ukiah to fill the unexpired term of
Howard Pruden. Said unexpired term to expire June 30, 1982.
The Clerk is hereby directed to send a copy of this resolution to

the Chairman of said Commission and to the said appointee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1980, by the following
