RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
DIRECTING THE ABATEMENT OF WEEDS, RUBBISH, REFUSE, AND
DIRT ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN THE CITY OF UKIAH
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed a list of parcels of property on
which weeds, rubbish, refuse, and dirt is present, and
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of May 5, 1982, City Council adopted
Resolution No. 82-66 Declaring Weeds and Rubble Upon Private Property to be a
Public Nuisance and Ordering their Abatement, and
WHEREAS, the City Council scheduled a public hearing for June 2, 1982 for
the purpose of hearing any property owners having objection to the proposed
removal of w~eds, rubbish, refuse, and dirt, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted the aforesaid Public Hearing and
has allowed or overruled objections by modifications to the list of properties
attached to this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to abate the aforesaid nuisances by having the weeds, rubbish,
refuse, and dirt removed from the aforesaid parcels.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the listing of parcels affected be attached
to this Resolution and be made a part hereof.
