OF UKIAH APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE REDWOOD
3 EMPIRE MUNICIPAL INSURANCE FUND

5i WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah has entered into a Joint Powers Agreement to

provide workers' compensation insurance; and,

� j WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah under that Joint Powers Agreement, is to

appoint a member, and an alternate member, to the Board of Directors of the
i
� i Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:

�i That Charley Myers is appointed to the Board of Directors of

Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund; term toexpire June 30, 1985.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:

That Roy Brosiq is appointed to the Board of Directors of

4 Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund as alternate member; term to expire

June 30, 1985.
