RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
AUTHORIZING TURLOCK IRRIGATION DISTRICT TO BECOME
MEMBER OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA POWER AGENCY JOINT
POWERS AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute Supplement No. 1 to the Northern California Power
Agency Joint Powers Agreement on behalf of the City of Ukiah.
