RESOLUTION NO. 85-31
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
ACCEPTING AGREEMENT FOR WATER SERVICE OUTSIDE THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF UKIAH (OSWALD)
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah owns and operates the City Water System; and
k~EREAS, Margaret S. Oswald and Beatrice S. Oswald, hereinafter called
"Oswald," requests water service to a parcel of land (A.P. No. 180-06-01)
outside the corporate limits of the City; and
WHEREAS, Oswald has executed an Agreement for water service which sets
forth terms and conditions of service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Ukiah accepts said Agreement and authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the
Agreement, in duplicate, on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1984 by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Henderson, Kier, Hickey, Kelley, and Mayor Myers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
