ROLL CALL Ukiah City Council met at a Special Meeting on March 29, 2017, having been legally noticed on March 24, 2017. Mayor Brown called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Councilmembers Present: Douglas F. Crane, Maureen Mulheren, Kevin Doble, and Jim 0. Brown. Councilmember Absent by Prearrangement: Stephen G. Scalmanini, Staff Present: Sage Sangiacomo, City Manager; David Rapport, City Attorney; and Kristine Lawler, City Clerk. MAYOR BROWN PRESIDING 2.
