RESOLUTION NO. 86-34
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATION
FOR SOUTH STATE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby RESOLVE:
That the Director of Public Works of the City of Ukiah is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the right-of-way certification for the
project entitled "South State Street Widening and Striping, Beacon Lane to
200 Feet North of Washington Avenue" and forward said certification to the
California Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED thSs 2nd day of April , 1986 by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Counci]member Henderson, Kier, Hickey, Kelley, and Mayor Myers

This will be a locally administered project and I certify that
City of Ukiah has been informed in writing of Caltrans high and
low risk underground facilities policy. I am aware that the
State assumes no liability for compliance or noncompliance with
said policy.
SCHEDULE FOR REMOVAL OF IMPROVEMENTS AND OBSTRUCTIONS
(See Plans and Specifications.)
UNAUTHORIZED ENCROACHMENTS
None required for this project.
COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING THE
ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY.
This acquisition of right-of-way not required.
COMPLIANCE WITH RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE AND PAYMENTS
PROVISIONS OF FEDERAL AND STATE LAW
The project does not require the displacement of any persons or
business.
I HEREBY CERTIFY the right-of-way on this project as conforming to Statement
No. (1) of Paragraph 5c of FHPM 6-4-2-1.
