a. Discuss Future Operations and Governance Options for Ukiah Valley Fire District (UVFD) and
the City of Ukiah, Including Contract, Budget(s), Personnel, Facilities, Equipment, and Service
Levels. Other Topics and Updates will Include the Following:
1. Discussion with County Regarding Request for Proposals for Dispatch and Ambulance
Exclusive Operating Area.
2. Revenue Enhancement and Cost Saving Discussion Regarding Possible Priority Focus.
3. Facilities and Land Planning with Possible Locations for Future Stations.
4. Examples of Other Merged Fire Service Agreements.
5. Discussion on Providing Updates and Reporting Out on Ad Hoc Activities to the City
Council and District Board.

Please be advised that the City needs to be notified 24 hours in advance of a meeting if any specific accommodations or

Materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the City Council after distribution of the agenda packet are available for
public inspection at the front counter at the Ukiah Civic Center, 300 Seminary Avenue, Ukiah, CA 95482, during normal business
hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

bulletin board at the main entrance of the City of Ukiah City Hall, located at 300 Seminary Avenue, Ukiah, California, not less than
24 hours prior to the meeting set forth on this agenda.
