HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-14 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2O 21 22 23 24 RESOLUTION NO. 87-14 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH DESIGNATING THE STRUCTURE AT 514 SOUTH SCHOOL STREET HISTORICALLY AND ARCHITECTURALLY SIGNIFICANT WHEREAS, the property owner has expended considerable effort and resources to restore the historic, architectural and cultural integrity of the Italiante Victorian structure at 514 South School Street; and WHEREAS, the subject structure is included in the City of Ukiah's Architectural and Historical Resources Inventory Report completed in December 1985; and WHEREAS, designation of the building as historically and architecturally significant is appropriate and will allow utilization of the State of California Historic Building Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the structure at 514 South School Street is designated historically and architecturally significant and important to the City and community of Ukiah. PASSED AND ADOPTED the 6th day of August, 1986, by the following roll call vote: AYES: NOES: Councilmembers Schneiter, Shoemaker, Hickey, Kier, and Mayor Henderson None ABSENT: None 9.5 ATTEST: 26 27 28
