RESOLUTION NO. 87-44
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
APPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP NO. 87-44
FORD STREET SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on March 25, 1987 considered and
recommended approval of Tentative Map No. 87-44, Ford Street Subdivision and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works reports that the City of Ukiah has
sufficient wastewater capacity to handle waste waters for this project
without violation of Water Quality Control Board Standards, and
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact for thi§ project
was found adequate and complete by the City Council on April 15, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Tentative Map No. 87-44 (Attached
Exhibit A) for Ford Street Subdivision is approved conditioned upon
compliance with all applicable State Statutes, local ordinances, and the
following specific conditions:
1. In-lieu park fees in the amount of $4,861.26 shall be paid as required
by City Code (Article 21, Sections 8400-8410).
2. Developer shall purchase, install, and maintain for one year, City
specified street trees to be planted in the planter strip between the
sidewalk and the curb at locations determined by the City throughout the
subdivision according to a street tree program approved by staff.
3. Preparation and submittal of a final map with approval subject to
approval of all variances by the Planning Commission.
4. Registered Civil Engineer prepare the improvement plans.
5. Storm drain calculations to accompany the improvement plans.
Calculations shall show available existing storm drain capacity to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer or appropriate mitigation shall be
required.

6. Right-of-way dedication to the City on Sidnie Street.
7. Twenty-foot curb return radius at the corner of Ford and Sidnie Streets
be dedicated to the City.
8. Standard handicapped ramp at intersection.
9. Red curbing of the Ford and Sidnie Streets frontages.
10. Each driveway on site be widened to 20-feet to allow the parking of two
vehicles.
