RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF UKIAH ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PROCESSING
INSPECTION AND TESTING OF BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES
4 WHEREAS, Section 3704 of the Ukiah City Code provides for the
5 imposition of fees for processing, inspection and testing of backflow
6 prevention devices by resolution of the City Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ukiah
that the following fee schedule shall be effective for processing, inspection
and testing of backflow prevention devices:

City processing and inspection fee applicable to each new
protective device installed; following device relocations,
modifications, and repairs; and, for annual recertification.

Device Testing and Certification Service Fee when performed
by City, (optional service).
$30.00

Re-Testing, following test failure when first tested by the
City, (optional service).
$15.00
