RESOLUTION NO. 88-8
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
APPROVING FINAL MAP FOR FORD STREET SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, on July 8, 1987 the Planning Commission considered and
recommended approval of the Final Map for Ford Street Subdivision with
conditions consistent with the adopted Tentative Map, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works reports that the City of Ukiah
has sufficient wastewater treatment capacity to handle wastewater from this
project without violation of the Water Quality Control Board standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Final Map (Exhibit A)
for the aforesaid project is approved subject to the conditions noted in
this Resolution and on the map and conditions of Resolution No. 87-44
approving the tentative map, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
sign said maps at such time as Subdivider signs and fulfills all the
requirements of an Agreement for Subdivision Improvements to be entered into
between the Subdivider and the City of Ukiah. The Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign said Agreement for Subdivision Improvements for
Ford Street Subdivision. Conditions for development include:
1. In-lieu park fees in the amount of $4,861.26 shall be paid as required
by City Code (Article 21, Sections 8400-8410).
2. Developer shall purchase, install, and maintain for one year, City
specified street trees to be planted in the planter strip between the
sidewalk and the curb at locations determined by the City throughout
the subdivision according to a street tree program approved by staff.
3. Registered Civil Engineer prepare the improvement plans.
4. Storm drain calculations to accompany the improvement plans.
Calculations shall show available existing storm drain capacity to the

satisfaction of the City Engineer or appropriate mitigation shall be
required.
5. Right-of-way dedication to the City on Sidnie Street.
6. Twenty-foot curb return radius at the corner of Ford and Sidnie Streets
be dedicated to the City.
7. Standard handicapped ramp at intersection.
8. Red curbing of the Ford and Sidnie Streets frontages.
9. Each driveway on site be widened to 20-feet to allow the parking of two
vehicles.
