UKIAH SUMMARILY VACATING STREET OR HIGHWAY

b. The street or highway which is being abandoned by
virtue of this resolution is commonly known as a portion of Hast-
ings Road in the City of Ukiah, County of Mendocino, State of
California as more particularly and precisely described on Ex-
hibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference as though set forth in full.

c. The summary vacation is made under the following
(1) The portion of Hastings Road vacated herein has
been superseded by relocation as provided in the final subdivi-
sion map for the Redwood Business Park within the City of Ukiah,
County of Mendocino, State of California ~f~roved by the City
Council of the City of Ukiah on April 20, and recorded in
Map Case ~..zP~/,~g, Page ~fz of the official records of Men-
docino County on ~/u~ ~/~,~'~ .
(2) The relocation of said street does not cut off all
access to any person's property which prior to this resolution
adjoined the street or highway.
2. Based on the above-described findings from and after the
date this resolution is recorded, the street or highway vacated
no longer constitutes a street, highway or public service ease-
ment.
Passed and adopted this 20th day of April, 1988 , by the

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
UKIAH SUMMARILY VACATING STREET OR HIGHWAY
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 4, PART 3, DIVISION 9 OF
THE CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 4 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the California Streets
and Highways Code commencing with Section 8330 authorizes the summary
vacation of streets and highways under specified circumstances without
prior public notice or hearing; and
WHEREAS, the specified circumstances exist to vacate a public street
as provided hereafter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Ukiah hereby finds that:
a. The vacation of a public street provided herein is made
under the provisions of Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the
Streets and Highways Code.
b. The street or highway which is being abandoned by virtue of
this resolution is commonly known as a portion of Hastings Road
in the City of Ukiah, County of Mendocino, State of California
as more particularly and precisely described on Exhibit "A"
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as
though set forth in full.
c. The summary vacation is made under the following facts:
(1) The portion of Hastings Road vacated herein has been
relocation as provided in the final subdivision map for the
Redwood Business Park within the City of Ukiah, County of
Mendocino, State of California approved by the City Council of
the City of Ukiah on April 20, 1988 and recorded in Map Case 2,
Drawer 43, Page 24 of the official records of Mendocino County
on June 24, 1988.

June 19, 1987 in Map Case 2, Drawer 45, Page 82, Mendocino County Records and
as shown upon a map of Redwood Business Park of Ukiah, Unit One, recorded
June 24, 1988 in Map Case 2, Drawer 47, Page 24, Mendocino County Records,
which said portions lie within the subdivision boundary and outside of Airport
Park Boulevard and Commerce Drive, all as shown upon said map of Redwood
Business Park of Ukiah, Unit One.
Saving and excepting all easements within said portions to be abandoned and
all easements shown upon said map of Redwood Business Park of Uk~ah, Unit One.
