RESOLUTION NO. 89-47
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
ADJUSTING FEES FOR USE OF THE MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, THE City Council of the City of Ukiah finds it necessary to
adjust the fees for use of the Ukiah Municipal Golf Course to meet increased
operational costs; and
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah Parks and Recreation Commission and City staff
have recommended fee adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the following fees are reasonable for the use of the Ukiah
Municipal Golf Course.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby resolve:
1. That the following fees are applicable for use of the Municipal Golf
Course:
Unlimited monthly ticket ............. $ 50.00
Yearly singles membership ............ 400.00
Yearly couples membership ............ 600.00
Yearly senior membership ............. 250.00
Weekday junior ticket ................ 3.00
Weekend junior ticket ................ 5.00
Monthly junior ticket ................ 25.00
Yearly junior membership ............. 125.00
2. Monthly and annual tickets shall be effective from the first of the
month in which purchased and shall expire on the last day of the month or the
last day of the twelfth (12th) month following the month of purchase,
respectively.
3. These changes shall be effective July 1, 1989.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 21st day of June, 1989, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Wattenburger, Shoemaker, Hickey, and Vice-Mayor
Schneiter.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Mayor Henderson.
