Regular Meeting of December 20, 2000 w RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which generally limitsto ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 1 CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Approval of Disbursements for Month of December 2000 b. Adoption of Resolution Approving City of Ukiah Qualified Contractors List for 2001 c. Approval of Notice of Completion for Street Striping 2000, Specification No. 00- 12 d. Rejection of Claims from Cornelio Martinez and Yolanda Garcia and Referral to Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund e. Award of Bid for Purchase of Liquid Polymer-Emulsion SW-057 to Polydyne, Inc. for the Sum of $10,800 f. Notification to the City Council Regarding the Purchase of a Digital Copier from The Systems Network, in the Amount of $6,426.75 g. Award of Bid for Two Gorman-Rupp T4A3-B 4"x4" Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps to Thomas and Associates for the Sum of $15,316.00 Plus Tax h. Adoption of Resolution Waiving the 60-Day Notification Requirement for Establishing a County Facility in the City (400 Talmage Road), Pursuant to Government Code §25351 i. Approval of Funding For Inland Water and Power Commission for Preparation of a Participation Agreement With The Sonoma County Water Agency in an Amount Not to Exceed $1,000 j.
