RESOLUTION NO. 91-29
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
UKIAH ESTABLISHING THE RENTAL RATE AT THE CITY
OF UKIAHMUNICIPAL AIRPORT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ukiah desires to establish a
6 uniform rental rate for office space at the Ukiah Municipal Airport
7 Administration Building, and
8 WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah Airport Commission and City staff have
9 recommended rental rates which include utilities, and
10 WHEREAS, it appears from study that the amount of $.75 per square foot,
11 including utilities, is a reasonable rental rate for office space in the
type of structure in question.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
That the rate of $.75 per square foot, including utilities, for office
rental at the Ukiah Municipal Airport is to be used in figuring the rental
for office space in said building. Rental agreements negotiated at this
rate may be executed by the Airport Manager on behalf of the City of Ukiah.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2Oth day of November, 1990, by the following

21 AYES: Councilmembers McMichael, Wattenburger, Schneiter, and Mayor Henderson
22 NOES: Councilmember Shoemaker
